Resumo: O presente trabalho propõe-se a analisar a relações jurídicas existentes entre o Direito Agrário brasileiro e o agronegócio e, a partir da análise das origens e do estudo do seu objeto, demonstrar que as normas agrárias ainda constituem a principal base normativa que regulamenta as relações jurídicas do setor agrário brasileiro.

THE LEGAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BRAZILIAN AGRARIAN LAW AND AGRIBUSINESS

Abstract: The present article intends to analyze existing legal relations between Brazilian Agrarian Law and agribusiness, and, through an analysis of the origins of its main object of study, show that the rules of Agrarian Law do still constitute the main normative basis for the legal relationships in the Brazilian agrarian sector.
